Author Guidelines

  1. Articles are conceptual writings or research results on economic law or Islamic business law that have never been published in print or online media.
  2. Articles are written in standard Indonesian or English with Cambria font size 12 or Arabic with Times New Arabic font size 12 single space, with a total of +/—5000-7000 words, and sent in file form via register/login directly to the Maliyah Journal OJS page at the address http://jurnalfsh.uinsa.ac.id/index.php/maliyah.

Articles are submitted two months before the journal is published.

  1. The name of the author of the article (without academic title, position, or rank) is included along with the correspondence address, e-mail address, and office, home, or cell phone.
  2. Conceptual articles and research results include the title, author's name and identity, abstract (+/—200 words), keywords (3-5 words), introduction, body of discussion, conclusion, and bibliography.

  3. The editor selects and edits articles that meet the requirements to uniform the format and writing style without changing the intent and content.

  4. Originality and integrity are key. Articles that meet the requirements must pass the Turnitin application plagiarism check with a maximum of 30% similarity, emphasizing the need for unique and original content.
  5. The rules for writing footnotes and bibliography are different. It is recommended to use the Mendeley or Zotero application to cite and write a bibliography (Turabian 8th edition full note style). The difference can be seen in the following example;
