Publication Fee

Al-Jinayah: Jurnal Hukum Pidana Islam makes all its articles freely available. Thus, an Article Processing Charge (APC) for Sinta 4 Accredited Journal of 500.000 IDR* (Updated: January, 2026) will be applied starting in June 2026 to the manuscript accepted after peer review. Author(s) or their institutions pay this fee to provide free access to readers, improve our journal management system, and cover the costs of peer review, copyediting, long-term archiving, and journal management.
